d444 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the d444 website accessible at https://d444.io, including all sub-pages, features, products, and services made available through it.
• "Player" / "Account Holder" means any individual who has successfully registered a d444 account and has been approved to access the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon registration, used to access d444 services, deposit and withdraw funds, and place bets or wagers.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's d444 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet value, or bonus amount credited to an Account as part of a d444 promotion, which is subject to separate bonus terms and conditions.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account on d444, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your Account's existence:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. d444 does not permit account registration or betting activity by individuals under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-personal legal structures may not hold d444 Accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in your name.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of d444 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You must not currently be subject to self-exclusion from d444 or any other gambling platform with which d444 shares exclusion data.
• You must be the sole and legitimate owner of the Payment Method(s) you intend to use on d444. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

d444 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an existing Account without prior notice if it has reason to believe that any of the eligibility criteria above have not been met, or if registration was completed with false or misleading information. In such cases, any funds deposited through legitimate means will be returned to the originating Payment Method, less any applicable processing fees. Funds derived from fraudulent or otherwise ineligible activity will be forfeited.

KYC Verification: d444 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all Accounts. Players may be required to submit copies of a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification to verify age and identity. 4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. d444 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You must notify d444 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. d444 offers two-step verification (2SV) via SMS as an additional security layer; all Players are strongly encouraged to enable this feature. d444 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to take reasonable steps to protect their credentials or failed to report a suspected breach promptly.

d444 operates active session monitoring. Players may view all active sessions associated with their Account and terminate any session they do not recognise directly from their Account security settings. Accounts showing suspicious login patterns — including access from multiple geographic locations within a short time frame — may be temporarily locked pending identity verification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: Deposits to d444 Accounts must be made using the Payment Methods listed in the Platform cashier. Current accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the Payment Method. d444 does not charge a fee on standard deposits; however, your Payment Method provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which d444 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the Payment Method most recently used to make a deposit to your Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes; during periods of high transaction volume, processing may take up to 2 hours. d444 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee on standard transactions; however, the Platform reserves the right to introduce fees with reasonable prior notice.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification.
• Your Account Balance must equal or exceed the minimum withdrawal amount after any applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• No open disputes, fraud investigations, or account reviews are currently active on your Account.
• Your Account must not be subject to any self-exclusion or Account closure process.

Currency: All transactions on d444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). d444 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion performed by your bank or Payment Method provider is entirely your responsibility and cost.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

d444 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback deals, and other incentive schemes to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual offer:

• Promotions are available only to registered, verified Account holders who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible markets, and expiry periods are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Players must opt in to eligible promotions by the stated deadline. Retroactive bonus claims are not accepted.
• d444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected Players.
• Where d444 determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a Player has exploited or attempted to exploit a promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, third-party funding, or coordinated betting patterns — d444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or close the Account.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirement process.

In the event of a conflict between these general bonus conditions and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on d444 are subject to the following rules:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once d444's system has accepted it and issued a bet reference number. In the event of technical issues at the time of bet placement, d444 is not obligated to honour unconfirmed bets.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. If odds change between a Player requesting a bet and d444 accepting it, the Player will be notified of the revised odds and may choose to accept or decline the new price.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual bets and are displayed in the bet slip. d444 reserves the right to alter individual Player stake limits based on betting patterns, risk assessment, or market conditions without prior notice.
• Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sport's governing body. For cricket, the ICC, BCB, and relevant domestic boards serve as the official result source. For tennis, ATP and WTA official rankings and match records apply. Bets on matches abandoned or declared void will be settled as void and stakes returned, unless specific in-play rules state otherwise.
• Obvious Errors: d444 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error (e.g., pricing a strong favourite at 100/1 due to a data feed fault). d444 will notify affected Players and return stakes promptly in all such cases.

8 Casino & Slots Rules

• Using d444 for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
